I'm Jasper Hu — a Netherlands-based engineer building software since 2014. I studied Computer Science at TU Delft with a Data Science track and obtained an MSc in Econometrics & Quantitative Finance at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Today I serve as CTO at Blockrise, a MiCAR-licensed Bitcoin asset manager where I lead the technology behind custody, trading, and Bitcoin-backed lending. At Blockrise, I was the first in the Netherlands to receive compliments from the regulator regarding DORA compliance within a MiCAR application. Alongside Blockrise, I advise companies on navigating technology regulation, fintech architecture, and technical strategy.
